Easter in Lakeway

We had a little early Easter fun in Lakeway with the Harmon's and Nicole's mom, Renee. We had so much fun. There is a great park over there near the water where they held the egg hunt festivities. We ended up over at Nicole's later to hang out and hunt more eggs. Ashton and Kate had a few smooches and ran around the backyard looking for trouble. We are so happy to have them close by and feel blessed to be able to have Kate spend time with Ashton. They get along so well and I am eager to see them grow up together.

Budding Artist

So, Dave bought Kate and easel. I think it has be to her favorite thing in the whole world. She has been drawing on it all morning. Hopefully she gets some artistic ability from her father because I definitely do not have any. :)

Easter in Clyde America

We headed to Clyde this weekend to spend Easter with Mimi and Pop. We kicked back at the zoo and took her out to the egghunt in town. Kate shot across the grass as soon as she saw the Easter bunny there. She is in love with the dang Easter bunny! I asked Dave to dress up as one for her birthday party this year. We may do it. hehe

Easter at the library

We were invited to the Roundrock library this morning for an Easter party. She did have fun even though she looks very irritated. I think her bottom teeth are bothering her quite a bit so she was not in the best mood.

Either way, thanks to Gale and Che for having us out. The puppet show was our favorite part.

Weekend of friends

Kate and I are so happy to be back in Texas so we can see friends again. Lynsey or "L-Dogg" made a quick visit to Austin, TX to hang out with the girls and show off her new son, Rhodes. We had a great time and trying to catch up for the last 7 years we missed. All in all it was great and I hope to do it again soon.

I miss her already and plan to head to Cali to see the boy again.
